R3-MYDAS
The aim of Project R3-MYDAS is to accelerate the transition of manufacturing industries to more sustainable and circular models. The project presents three demo cases focusing on remanufacturing, repurposing and recycling oil and gas components, electric vehicle batteries, and wind turbine gearboxes.
Ziknes develops digital solutions in order to automate and optimize oil and gas crankshaft repair processes to set new environmentally and economically sustainable standards in the industry.
REDES4VALUE
The objective of the project focuses on the recycling of fishing nets extracted from coastal areas to obtain products with high added value through the use of technologies such as mechanical recycling, reactive extrusion and chemical recycling.
These products include PA6 and high-quality copolyamides that meet technical specifications, formulations derived from PA6 tailored to process film by blown film extrusion, injection moulding parts for automotive or consumer goods, as well as items manufactured using large-format 3D printing.
